I have deep roots in Lane County. I was born in Eugene, and spent my earliest years in the McKenzie River valley, near Finn Rock, before moving “into town” (Eugene) with my family. I started my legal career here at a small firm before moving to Portland for about 15 years. A few years ago, I moved to Springfield with my husband to be near my parents and sister, who all live in Eugene. My adult son lives just a few miles away as well, in Thurston.
