Estate Planning. Elder Law (Medicaid & Disability), Probate/Trust Administration
Legal Ethics Advice & Defense
Mediation & Arbitration
I grew up in Eugene, Oregon, and have returned to put my skills to work for my local community. Noticing a decline in practicing lawyers and a need for estate planning and elder law attorneys, especially for underserved Spanish-speaking communities, I aim to do what I can to address this gap. My personal experience raising a child with a disability has given me insight into the challenges families face and the need for competent legal counsel in preparing Special (Supplemental) Needs Trusts.
With 20 years experience helping attorneys navigate legal malpractice claims, both in private practice and as a Claims Attorney at the Professional Liability Fund, I now provide legal ethics advice and disciplinary defense work.
I am dedicated to using my experience to help people resolve their issues and move forward. Learn more about me here.
