Text Messaging Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

For clients who wish to use text messaging to communicate with me, these Terms of Service apply: I will not initiate the first text message to you, but if you choose to engage in text messaging with me, that is your choice.  You can choose to stop communicating with me by text message by simply saying to me that you no longer wish to communicate by text message.  Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.  As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.  The number of messages you may receive from us depends entirely on the nature of your case and the necessary communications about your case.  If you have any questions about your text or data plan, we recommend you reach out to your carrier to discuss the terms of your plan.  We do not send “spam” or “advertising” or “bulk” text messages.  We do not share your mobile information with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.  We will only share your mobile information with third parties as it is directly related to the handling of your specific matter (e.g. if we need to engage a tax professional, I may provide your contact information to that tax professional so you can communicate directly with each other about your matter).
